According to the "Management Measures for the Recognition of High-Tech Enterprises" (Guo Ke Fa Huo [2016] No. 32), "Guidelines for the Management Work of Recognizing High-Tech Enterprises" (Guo Ke Fa Huo [2016] No. 195), and "Implementation Measures for the Management of Recognition of High-Tech Enterprises in Shanghai" (Hu Ke He [2021] No. 21) issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation, after review, the list of proposed high-tech enterprises in Shanghai for the second batch of 2023 that meet the recognition conditions is now publicized.
